Across 15+ years in technology and consulting, including IBM, Accenture and Microsoft, Irina has helped teams translate emerging technology into practical business impact. She served as an AI Principal Product Manager, building custom AI Copilots for private clouds, then as Global AI Leader at Microsoft, where she led Copilot adoption across 2,000+ employees, reaching 90%+ adoption and over $3M in documented operational savings.
She has worked with AI in the creative industries since its early days (2019), exploring artificial neural networks in art and fashion. Her creative work has been highlighted by Forbes and the international press, recognised by Tommy Hilfiger and L'Oréal, and shown from Brooklyn Fashion Week to AI Fashion Week. A recurring thread runs through it: climate change as a call to action, urging individuals, communities and governments to address this global crisis.
Today, she works with leaders, enterprises and brands to build AI capability that can be used, trusted and proven, from executive workshops and adoption programs to AI-native products and production systems, as founder of the Institute for Applied AI and AIVERGENT.
